While on vacation, my parents, Jay and I, and the kids will be participating in a "Crop Walk" on June 28. I'd like to ask you to support us - this is a good way for us to start teaching the kids about community volunteering. Any support you give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!! :)

As of 11:30 this morning, I have converted all my kid/family posts from June 2006 through January 2007 over to posts on this blog. I've got other stuff on my plate, so I need to stop for today. Hopefully over the next week, I'll convert the remaining 7 weeks of data over to this blog. Once I do, you will find any content regarding family matters and/or the kids on THIS blog, but NOT on the LJ account. The LJ account will revert back to MY personal viewpoints, etc. Thanks for your patience while I complete the conversion.

Well folks, you asked, so here's the answer. I stopped posting personal information here in August 2006 due to security concerns over the children and weird internet stalkers, not to mention the number of spam hackers who tried to use the site to post crap.

I have been using my personal journal page on LiveJournal since that time to post stuff, because it was locked to friends only access, and I could post as much stuff as I wanted without worrying about who was reading.
